“If there's one thing I distinctly remember, it’s hearing that roar of this baby blue Beetle about 10 blocks away before ever seeing the thing. I get to relive those old relics while listening to this CD. Sadly, I never owned a Bug (came close with a Rabbit; well, actually not that close) but I've always been fascinated with them. And the new Beetles, while neat in their own way, just don't have that distinctive sound of their predecessors. That's why this CD is great!

This is a MUST BUY for anyone who ever owned, loved or coveted the old Beetle. Hell, it even sounds good listening to it in my (dare I say it) '93 Sable! And when your windows are down, and you're blasting that tin horn, it's great to try to match up your acceleration with the CD. And living in Massachusetts, at least I can pretend to feel the wind blowing and cruising down that California freeway... “
